Happy Halloween, y'all! {bits of me} East Texas Photographer

Hope y'all had a fabulous Halloween! We dressed up as Ninja Turtles for our church party. I promised my kids they could choose their own costume for Halloween night if they'd be good sports for our family theme a few days before. So after the turtles, they transformed into Elsa and a vampire. The littlest stayed a turtle.

I'm always behind the camera, but occasionally it's fun to get in front of it. My mom LOVES antiques. We just got home from visiting her, and while there, we had fun going through her vintage accessories and taking this totally serious photo. 3 generations, y'all! 

Merry Christmas!

I have a tradition of taking my kids' pictures the Sunday before Christmas right before we head to church. I'm so grateful for the Christmas season. I'm grateful for the time we put aside to remember our Savior's birth. I'm grateful that my children are beginning to understand the true meaning of the season.

I feel like I just took his 9 month portraits, and in a snap of a finger, he's one. Actually, I feel like he just graced us with his presence for the first time. This year has been an incredible year, and this little man makes me feel SO blessed. He has SO much love he freely gives, and everyone can feel it. I love this little man so much!

This is my oldest. He is SIX. He has so much personality and wit. He makes us laugh around the clock. He's so smart, and I'm so glad I get to call him mine. He's an amazing big brother, and I can't believe it's been 6 years since I brought him into this world. LOVE HIM!

Can't believe my baby is almost one! But first, it's his 9 month portraits. His birthday is around the corner, and this little guy amazes me every day. The love he radiates, and the love he feels my heart with is incredible. LOVE HIM.
